WINE-MAKING AND FERMENTATION
The grapes are carefully selected in the field and immediately after fermentation, conducted at a controlled temperature, the wine is aged in small oak barrels for about 12 months.
ORGANOLEPTC FEATUES:
This wine has an intense ruby red color tending to garnet. Pleasant scents of vanilla is added to those of berries. Dry, full and with an elegant structure.
Prefers grills, roasts, red meats and cheeses.
Serve at 18°C.
