WINE-MAKING AND FERMENTATION:
After a soft pressing, must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Re-fermentation at a low temperature up to 4 atmospheres (Charmat Method).
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Aromatic sweet sparkling wine with a pale yellow color and golden hues; it has an intense and typical aroma of grapes. It goes well with puff pastries, cakes, pies and fruit pies.
Serve at 6°C.
