WINE-MAKING AND FERMENTATION:
After a soft pressing, must fermentates in new French oak barrels, where it remains with its lees for about 7 months. In this way the wine is enriched by special and elegant perfumes.
ORGANOLEPTC FEATURES:
Straw yellow wine with golden hues, with scents of ripe white fruit. This elegant and harmonious bouquet is excellent with hot starters, seafood, risotto with fish and white meats.
Serve at 12-14°C.
