WINE-MAKING AND FERMENTATION:
After a soft pressing, must fermentates in stainless steel with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
Wine with a pale yellow color, with scents of wild flowers and peach; the soft and velvety taste has a slight bitter aftertaste. It matches risotto, flavorful vegetables and fish.
Serve at 12°C.
